• Sliema

Sliema neighbours St. Julian’s and Gzira and is one of the island’s largest commercial and business centres, attracting local and foreign investors. The area is home to quality hotels and accommodation and English language schools, and this coastal resort thrives throughout the summer months.

Once a small fishing village situated on the peninsula of Marsamxett Harbour, today Sliema has a population of some 15,000 and is alive with activity day and night. There are numerous local festas held during the summer, as well as numerous other cultural activities from musical festivals to art exhibitions and more.
